Carrier Roller is to support track chain, like its name " Carry", carries track chain to move on so the track chain has a certain degree of tension.

So it's very important to buy good quality undercarriage, because it will save you more cash in the long term.

What are the components of undercarriage?

There are : Track Roller、Carrier Roller、Sprocket、Idler、
                   Track Shoe/Track Shoe Assembly、Tack Link Assembly、
                    Recoil Spring+Track Cylinder (you can call them Track Adjuster)、
                    also there are few small parts like Track Link Guard、Track Pin & Bushing、
                    Track Bolt & Nut.

We are mainly manufacturing Track Adjuster ( Recoil Spring + Track Cylinder), Track Link Guard, Track Pin & Bushing, Track Bolt & Nut.

So how long will the undercarriage work?
It depends on your working condition and your maintenance.
For example, if you use them in Mine area, then usually they work for 6 months, 
if you use them in city construction or house construction, usually they work for 12 months.

In a crawler machine, the small wheels that are under the track frame and that rest on the track chain.
